Who I help

Susanne Gerstmyer | Counselling for Parents

MOUNT COLAH | HORNSBY | NORTHERN SYDNEY | ONLINE

Parenting is one of the most meaningful jobs you’ll ever do, and one of the hardest. If you’re feeling stuck, stretched too thin, or unsure of the next step, you don’t have to figure it out alone.

I support parents to manage overwhelm, reduce anxiety, understand their child’s needs, and build stronger relationships so they can feel more like themselves again.

Sessions are available in Mount Colah, near Hornsby, and online for parents across Northern Sydney.

If you’re unsure whether a counsellor or psychologist is the right fit, you can read more about the difference between the two.
