Each session gives us space to work with both parts of the picture: what you are carrying, and what your child or family may need from you.
In a session, we might:
Talk through what has been feeling hard or stuck.
Explore anxiety, low mood, overwhelm, guilt, or patterns you want to change.
Make sense of your child’s emotions, behaviour, or nervous system needs.
Build practical responses that fit your child and your family.
Leave with a clearer sense of what is happening and one useful next step.
