What to expect

Each session gives us space to work with both parts of the picture: what you are carrying, and what your child or family may need from you.

In a session, we might:

  • Talk through what has been feeling hard or stuck.

  • Explore anxiety, low mood, overwhelm, guilt, or patterns you want to change.

  • Make sense of your child’s emotions, behaviour, or nervous system needs.

  • Build practical responses that fit your child and your family.

  • Leave with a clearer sense of what is happening and one useful next step.
