This is a gentle first step, not a formal assessment or counselling session. You don’t need to have the right words or the whole story ready.

In the call, we can:

  • Talk briefly about what’s been happening for you and your family.

  • Make sense of the kind of support you might be looking for.

  • See whether my approach feels like the right fit.

  • Leave space for any questions you have.

  • Take things at your pace. There is no expectation that you book a session unless and until it feels right.
