The Course Modules

Module 1: FIRST THINGS FIRST
We start by identifying where you’ll find the hour per week you’ll need to complete the course, and putting in place the mindset and boundaries to help you get the most out of the Course.
You’ll learn the physical signs and symptoms that appear when you’re stressed, and how to quickly feel more centred, no matter what’s going on. You’ll benefit right away - even while you’re working through the re-set process!
We take a look at your biggest challenges right now, and use the Busy Scale to recognise what’s going on in your thought life, your schedule and your emotions.

Module 2: YOUR VISION
In this Module we look at your vision – how you want your life to look and feel, how you want others to experience you and how you want to show up in the world.
We identify the building blocks for your best life, and look at your values, priorities, limits and boundaries.
We use the Lifestyle Map Tool to identify things you can let go of in your day-to-day life.

Module 3: YOUR PRACTICAL LOAD
We use the Stocktake Tool to take a critical look at what’s on your plate using, and the powerful Red Flag Questions to:
Identify things that aren’t the right fit or need to change and
The transition strategies you can use to follow through with changes you want to make.

Module 4 : YOUR MENTAL AND EMOTIONAL LOAD
Discover the Mental and Emotional Ladder and use it to:
Better understand where your energy is going, and
Open up better communication with your partner about the load you're each carrying so you can both feel more understood.
Use the Self-Awareness Check-In to understand your feelings, communicate with others and avoid getting de-railed.
You’ll learn the key skills you need to make big shifts in your mental and emotional load so you can ‘travel light’ (even when there’s a lot going on!)

Module 5: RE-IMAGINING BALANCE
Discover a new way to look at your life through the Balance Framework. We look at each key ingredient, why it’s important, and why you may be feeling restless or stuck.
You’ll complete your Balance Check to identify areas where you want to make adjustments.
We’ll also look at how to use the Balance Framework with your kids to help make decisions about how they’re spending their time and energy.

Module 6: MAKING LIFE WORK
Sometimes the hardest part is knowing where to begin.
We’ll create an Action Plan with simple and realistic steps so you can actually follow through with concrete changes.
You’ll use the Decision-Navigator Tool to get clear about your Best Yeses.
You’ll know what you need to do, how to do it and be equipped with the mindset shifts that will help you follow through.
